He needs to just stick to the facts and an apology. Draco did not attack anyone personally and Russell needs to man up and accept that without whining like a little girl. Everyone makes mistakes on occasion, but when it happens repeatedly it is problematic, especially when it interferes with someone's livelihood. With that said, Draco ought to figure out a way to be more flexible with his workload. Every successful business person I know of has more than one thing they can work on at any given time so they are not floundering around due to delays, since they are just a fact of life.
